Built in the 1940’s, this Glendale home received a 900-square-foot aging-in-place master suite & sitting room addition. The homeowners wanted to keep all their existing windows, so a courtyard between the existing home & addition was created. The exterior is brick and cement board siding with multiple rooflines & dormers.
