Built in 1904, Maple Hill Farm was forgotten until the new owners discovered this hidden gem. Structurally sound, the home was demolished on the interior down to the studs and received all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and some reconfiguration to align with current design standards. The pristine existing stairs remained. The rear of the home received a garage/mudroom/laundry addition, the living room was enlarged, and a new wrap-around porch was added to allow the owners to enjoy their fabulous property.
