Inspired by an image, the homeowners wanted a custom home that matched their desired “look” but fell within their budget. One of the owners was an Interior Designer and played an integral role in the home’s design and development. Open plan and attention to detail make this home cost friendly and suits the needs of the clients. Potential bonus space above the garage could have added another bedroom, but they felt it was unnecessary. Second flloor family room allows their children to have a gathering space of their own.
