The Bay View Townhomes project was a part of a large mixed residential development. The project consisted of a mix of townhouses, “stacked townhouses” (meaning multi-story units stacked on each other), and two high-rise condo buildings. The master plan was designed so that all units had a view of the bay and provided integrated access to the existing nature park just behind the development. The project’s goal was to make the buildings look as residential as possible while maintaining a high-density level. All the buildings in the development were designed to be similar stylistically, adding a sense of unity to the development as a whole. The different units were distinguished by color and dormer style.
