Par Excellence in Ladue, MO | Ground Floor Interior Architecture Design

The Par Excellence residence in Ladue showcases a sophisticated blend of refinement and contemporary design. The first-floor lounge features deep gray painted wall panels, an art wall with inset cabinet doors that seamlessly match the picture frame wall panels, and a stone fireplace surround with painted wood trim. The home’s right wing was reconfigured, creating an open kitchen, family room, and breakfast area. The master suite was elevated with a luxurious bath and updated walk-in closets. The lower level was transformed with a bar, billiards room, wine cellar, exercise room, and a stunning multi-slide door system leading to the new walk-out patio. Every room in this home was thoughtfully reimagined to achieve a cohesive, elegant design.
