An older home in Fair Oaks needed an update to eliminate its small kitchen, unheated sunroom, basement laundry & non-existent bedroom closets. The addition incorporated a first-floor family room and a second-floor “His & Hers” walk-in closets, laundry & coffee bar. The existing kitchen was remodeled into a butler pantry and bar, and the existing family room was renovated into a kitchen with a hearth room and breakfast space. A new covered walkway to the existing detached garage was also added.
