This Kirkwood retail shop addition provides a good example of our experience in mixed-use projects. The retail shop owner came to us wanting to expand the shop on the first floor and the living quarters on the second floor. A full two-story addition was added to the back of the shop. The entire second floor was reconfigured and modernized to meet the owner’s needs. The historic storefront remained intact, while the rear of the shop and the addition were updated to improve the day-to-day workings of the shop.
