This Kirkwood retail shop addition provides a good example of our experience in mixed-use projects. The retail shop owner came to us wanting to expand the shop on the first floor and the living quarters on the second floor. A full two-story addition was added to the back of the shop. The entire second floor was reconfigured and modernized to meet the owner’s needs.
