BeCity: Custom Townhome Façade Studies

The BeCity Townhome project integrates commercial spaces with residential townhomes, creating a versatile mixed-use development. The commercial and residential entrances are positioned at street level, with careful design ensuring a clear distinction between public and private access. Each building features identical center units framed by larger, distinct end units, which benefit from additional windows for enhanced natural light. During the design phase, center units could be added to expand building widths, allowing for flexibility to adapt to the available land. This adaptable approach ensures the development can be tailored to meet site-specific requirements.
